The calendar of hall bookings below shows the provisional availability for prospective hirers. The open dates shown in the calendar are not guaranteed to be up-to-date as the Booking Secretary may be actively processing other requests that may not yet have been added to the calendar. If the hall is available at the date/time of your planned event, please request your booking by clicking on the “+” sign in the calendar on the date/time for your event and provide the requested details. If you need further help using the booking system, please see this User Guide.
